How It Works

The calculator uses average protein values per 100 ml for each tea type. Brewed teas (green, black, oolong, white) contain roughly 0.1 g per 100 ml, while herbal teas are essentially protein-free. Matcha, because it's made from whole powdered leaves, provides about 0.5 g per 100 ml. Chai and bubble tea have slightly higher values due to added milk and other ingredients.
